We are proud to announce that over the past 12 months, we successfully acquired over $125 Million worth of land with a projected completion value of $2.67 Billion. Elite’s dedication to procurement, development, management of resources and collaboration with the best in each sector was instrumental in ensuring our success and maintaining our position at the forefront in the industry.

Despite the state of the market, we were able to meet all of our construction milestones, including the servicing of Detached Lots in Hagersville and the completion of the highly-anticipated Garner Square in Ancaster. We are also excited to report that construction is progressing smoothly and on time at The Ambrose Condos in Brantford.
