Our Journey | Elite Experience

1.

Upon closing and within 5 days, our Customer Care Consultant will place a welcome call to explain the warranty process, answer any immediate questions or address any concerns.

2.

Over the next few days, homeowners will register with Tarion and can contact their Customer Care Consultant for assistance during the application.

3.

Following registration, homeowners will complete their 30-day and 1-year warranty items list.

4.

Once completed and agreed upon, our Customer Care Consultant will schedule an appointment to service warranty items.

5.

Following purchaser and builder’s legal confirmation that the keys can be released, clients can pick up their New Homeowner Package at the Elite Presentation Centre. In it are their keys, community fobs, and homeowner guide.

6.

Elite’s property management team provides all the necessary information to make occupancy seamless, specifying moving zones and elevator dimensions, scheduling reservations and facilitating personal requests.

7.

Upon closing and within 5 days, our Customer Care Consultant will place a welcome call to explain the warranty process. Over the next few days, they will help register with Tarion and, once 30-day and 1-year warranty items list are complete, will schedule an appointment to service warranty items.
