We want you to be pleased with your move, so we take great care in preparing your new home. Our priority is to make sure you have a smooth transition and that all your needs are met.

The Closing Process

    Closing
    Upon closing and within 5 days, you will receive a welcome call from our Customer Care Consultant who will explain your warranty process and answer any immediate questions you may have or address any concerns.

    Register With Tarion
    Upon closing and within 5 days, you will receive a welcome call from our Customer Care Consultant who will explain your warranty process and answer any immediate questions you may have or address any concerns.

    Warranty Lists
    Once this is done, you will complete your 30 day and 1-year warranty items list.

    Customer Care Consultation
    Once your 30 day and 1-year list is complete and agreed upon, you will be contacted by our Customer Care Consultant and an appointment scheduled to service your warranty items. Elite

In a life-threatening emergency please call Police / Fire / Ambulance at 911 prior to notifying Elite Development’s Customer Care. In a situation such as heat loss, a plumbing leak, or another emergency situation that requires our attention, please call the emergency contact number above. Please see Tarion’s definition of what constitutes an emergency here.

Emergency Situations

The Tarion Warranty Corporation defines an emergency as any situation that, if not attended to immediately, would likely result in substantial damage to the dwelling or would likely represent a substantial risk to the health and safety of the occupants.

Please call our After-Hours Emergency Support Line if you experience any of the following outside of our standard business hours:

Complete loss of heat during winter months
Complete loss of electricity
Plumbing Leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off
Major collapse of any part of the homes exterior or interior structure

Complete loss of water or sewer blockage
A large pool of standing water inside the home
Water penetration into the home
Any situation where the home is uninhabitable for health and safety reasons
